Notice for Documents Verification of Admission through WBCAP for A.Y. 2024-25

২০২৪-২৫ শিক্ষাবর্ষে West Bengal Centralised admission portal এর মাধ্যমে গোবিন্দ প্রসাদ মহাবিদ্যালয়ে ভর্তি হওয়া ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের Documents Verification নিম্নলিখিত সূচি অনুযায়ী হবে।
ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের নির্দিষ্টদিনে নিম্নলিখিত ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS সহস্বপ্রত্যয়িত (self-attested) ফটোকপি নিয়ে আসতে হবে।

Provisional admission confirmation certificate generated from the portal (https://wbcap.in)

Original PAYMENT RECEIPT (Two Copies)

Passport size PHOTO (Two Copies)

Original Caste Certificate + 1 Photocopy (Xerox)

Original MARK SHEET-CLASS 10+ 1 Photocopy (Xerox)

Original MARK SHEET-CLASS 12 + 1 Photocopy (Xerox)

Original ADMIT CARD- CLASS 10 / ANY Proof of Date of Birth+ 1 Photocopy (Xerox)

Original REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE of CLASS 10 + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)

Original REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE of CLASS 12 + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)

Original SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE issued by the institution from where he/she has passed class-12 examination + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)

Original AADHAR CARD + 1 Photocopy (Xerox)

Original EWS (Economically weaker section) CERTIFICATE or BPL Ration Card. Only those CERTIFICATE issued by Competent Govt. authority not below the rank of BDO (BDO/SDO/DM/DWO) are accepted by CU.+ 1 Photocopy (Xerox)

If the CANDIDATE passed CLASS 12 BEFORE 2024 – Break of Study Certificate / TC from other institution in ORIGINAL.+ 1 Photocopy (Xerox)

If CANDIDATE is registered under Bankura University- Original BKU Registration Certificate. + 1 Photocopy (Xerox)

If CANDIDATE is registered under any other University/ Institute- Original Migration Certificate + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
